01How many guests can Rustic Memories accommodate?
Our main wedding celebration space is designed for up to 180 guests. We will confirm the best layout and flow for your exact guest count during your tour.
02Can we hold both the ceremony and reception on the property?
Yes. Couples can get ready, hold their ceremony, take photos and celebrate their reception on one property, which creates a much easier day for everyone.
03What happens if the weather changes?
The property includes indoor options and our team works with your timeline and setup plan. We will talk through the weather plan before your wedding day.
04What are the venue access times?
The single-day experience runs from 9:00 AM to midnight. The weekend experience begins Friday at 1:00 PM and ends Sunday at noon.
05Do you have separate getting-ready spaces?
Yes. The Bridal Suite and Groom’s Den give both wedding parties private space to get ready and spend time together before the ceremony.
06Can guests stay on the property?
Yes. On-site lodging options include the Main House, Cottage and Groom’s Den. Availability and the best combination for your group are confirmed with your package.
07Can we bring our own alcohol?
No. All beverages are supplied and served through Rustic Memories by venue staff under our bar license. We offer cash-bar and open-bar choices.
08Is catering included?
Catering is selected separately, giving you flexibility to choose food that fits your style and budget. We can share practical planning guidance and preferred local options.
